Eagle Security Services offers employees a three-level professional career development path, starting with core competencies and building to advanced professional skills.
- Level One functions as part of the Eagle Security Services employment screening process. Focusing on basic security officer skills exceeding many state-mandated minimum standards required for beginning security officers. Candidates must successfully complete this screening process as a condition of employment.
- Level Two focuses on career development including site-specific training as well as Eagle Security Services premier Certification Training Program. Officers with Level One competencies are qualified to advance to Level Two.
- Level Three offers rigorous, specialized training for officers who seek continued development beyond Level Two. Working with their managers to select appropriate courses, officers may choose advanced study in topics such as homeland security, workplace violence, risk assessment, emergency management and more.
